When you fill out our contact form, we collect required fields (first name, email address, explicit consent) and optional fields you choose to share (company name, business stage, free-form message). We also automatically collect certain technical data during your visit: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, visit duration, date and time of connection.
This data is used to respond to your request, assess whether our services match your need, offer you a follow-up conversation, improve the site and our services, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Our site and services are aimed at established entrepreneurs and are not intended for persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
3. Legal bases
The processing of your data is based on your explicit consent when you submit the contact form, on our legitimate interest in responding to commercial inquiries received and developing our business, and on compliance with applicable legal obligations.
4. Subprocessors and international transfers
Your data is only accessible to authorized personnel within TELLUSIA. It is also processed by our technical subprocessors: Supabase (Supabase, Inc., United States) for database hosting and server function execution, Resend (Resend, Inc., United States) for transactional email notification delivery, Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated, Sweden) for site hosting. These providers are bound by contractual obligations of confidentiality and security.
As TELLUSIA AGENCY LLC is registered in the United States, your data may be transferred and stored outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by applicable legal mechanisms, including the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission and, where the subprocessor is certified, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Retention and security
Commercial prospect data is retained for three years from the last active contact, in accordance with CNIL recommendations. Technical navigation data is retained for a maximum of thirteen months. Beyond that, your data is deleted or securely archived. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
6. Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction and objection to processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the CNIL in France (cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, you also benefit from the rights provided by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA): right to know which categories of data we collect and for what purposes, right to request deletion of your data, right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your data (TELLUSIA does not sell or share your data for advertising purposes), right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
